sorted byYou will find yourself buying a box of router bits, however.
The router bits that Ryobi supply aren't great and break easily.
I bought these ones. They sell them elsewhere and seemed to have decent reviews, not just on Amazon

In case anyone wonders what use you have, we had a room we were refurbishing and we wanted to run cables through the insides of the skirting.
Whilst modern skirting has a gap at the bottom for this, it's not great and being able to keep coax, network cables and power separate was light work with this. (edited)
They’re even going for £75 refurbished on eBay with no warranty, so £5 extra for a 3 year warranty is a bargain.
Works really well.
I've never used one so I'm a bit clueless on if this is good or a slightly cheaper wired one is best for occasional use :/
I don't have the Ryobi batteries but I use a BADAPTER which converts it to be able to use Makita batteries which I would recommend.
They came with excellent reviews and worked much better than the supplied ones (which broke)

It's cheap for a reason, it will be low quality, unlikely brushless and low capacity batteries. I got myself a cheap no brand soldering iron with temperature control and a digital display and it doesn't even have the components + wiring to control temperature
For a device that spins bits at 30,000rpm to cut into wood I think I'd rather stick with at least a bottom tier brand
