How hard would be to lay these yourself? Looks great in photos

Depends what sort of outcome you want? I laid 23 slabs last summer, and had never done it before. I used sand, cement, a long level and a rubber mallet and the finish is okay (although not perfect). If you're willing to have a go I'd say go for it.
