Because it is an excellent price to stock up with
"Sweeteners" include a broad range of chemical compounds.
"Have a negative impact on your gut microbiome" - this is common known for lactitol, isomalt, xylitol, and maltitol.
"Tricking your pancreas into thinking something is sugar" - this is known for mannitol, sorbitol and xylitol.
Stevia is the safest sweetener, at least for now, despite of its weird taste at high intensity.

Is erythritol good or bad for you?
There's increasing scientific evidence that erythritol and other artificial sweeteners can be bad for your health. Recent research shows erythritol may be associated with an increased risk of heart attack, stroke, and even death. But erythritol is on the list of "Generally Recognized as Safe" foods by the FDA.26 Sept 2023.

Please post a link to the Stevia product you recommend that doesn't contain erythritol or another sweetener.
I am not going to argue about the possible effects of erythritol, but it is not an artificial sweetener. If we are talking about side effects then you have to put them in context as sugar & all other sweeteners. All of which have side effects. (edited)
