    Looks good to me - 5A rating normally, 13A when fully unwound. That's it's continuous (over heating) rating - it will do the full 13A, wound, if the load is only intermittent. Think of it as a pound a metre for the flex, with the rest thrown in for free.

    The cable appears to be black - possibly not the best colour when it comes to accidental damage with a mower. But at least won't make your home look like a building site, if used indoors.
    "Pifco" - now there's a brand that has been around for a very long time. The Provincial Incandescent Fittings Company. Now, like so many long-established names, just a brand bought by some no-name company in the hopes of selling more that way.
