Interesting to see books tackle Anxiety in children. Anxiety should be described as entirely normal. However when Anxiety becomes a disorder that's when it affects people very negatively. So we can't cure Anxiety but we can seek to cure an Anxiey disorder. Anxiety keeps us alive, stops us doing things that negatively affect our survival, in the modern world it too often becomes a disorder. So I would be careful to state Anxiety isn't of use or we should be fixing it. We need Anxiety but we don't need an Anxiety disorder. I am all for education that stops Anxiety becoming a disorder.

I'm not sure a book saying "I'm stronger than anxiety" is that beneficial, has the potential to be counter-productive. If the child is unable to "cure" their anxiety, then they may think themselves as weak and make matters worse. Of course it might be different within the book but the title isn't a good one IMHO.

Anxiety isn't curable or beneficial to cure, when it becomes a disorder then sure. Of course prevention is better than cure. If the book helps to educate and stop anxiety becoming a disorder it has done its job. I can't comment on that as I haven't read it.
