I wore my new Gazelle's the other day and they started to rub...so popped into the nearest shop, which happened to be a corner shop, expecting the worst when I asked if he had plasters. He gave me a packet of this for a quid fifty. Didn't expect much, but they worked a treat, and despite numerous showers...they're still stuck to the back of my heel.........so they come highly rec'd from me! Not as cheap as the corner shop but free delivery for prime...so a no brainer in my mind.
