About this deal

This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Appreciate this might not be for everyone but those who got it, it is a decent deal. 5x points equates to 2.50% cashback.

You can find this offer in the weekly Sainsbury's offer section. Hope that helps.

Update:

Some people have reported 2 counts of offers being shown on the Nectar app. I got two 5x offers too. Honestly, I wasn't hopeful to benefit from both the offers in a single transaction but voila it worked.

As you can see below, I got points from both offers in a single transaction. My shop was £46. I got 1x points which were 46 and got 8x points which were 368. If you know how Nectar points worked, this is indeed 2 offers stacked together.

Weirdly I’ve got 3x on a £70 spend this week, but it’s showing twice. It’s let me save both - not sure if they’ll stack - others offers always have - but I’m hoping so!

Mines the same 3 x £70 spend, also showing twice, like you I've saved both. I'm due to do a shop today so I'll see if they stack and report back

For once I’ve actually got a Nectar promotion posted on here although mine is 5x Nectar points on a £30 Sainsbury’s spend.

Nothing for me or the missus this week.
    Last week I had 3x on a £10 spend.
The missus got 3x on a £30 spend the week before.

This is a very account specific offer, that varies from week to week.
Everyone will get something different, tailored specifically to their average weekly spend.
Many people will get nothing, like me. (edited)

mines on a £20 spend but i never spend that much in there anyway

Ignored a couple of these recently as they were unreasonable spends, have had nothing since.

I always ignore... I add it using the app, but if I spend, I get the point. I never go to the store to spend £70 just to earn 3x nectar points.

By time you spend that level cheaper to shop around.

I got two 5x offers too, and they both stacked together in a single transaction. Updated the description with Nectar points transaction summary for my shop.

I got that this week but won't use it as I have a £4.50 off £30 voucher. They in effect are offering me £1 to spend £10. It's not 2.5% cashback as you need 500 points to convert

I got 3x for £50 spend, apparently they still don’t know my shopping habits, I don’t get close to £20 let alone £40 or £50 lol

I have x3 points when you spend £60

If you are spending that amount better to have 2 cards so you get more point offers and personalised Nectar prices. Unless you are down to 10 points on each item already.

Two separate offers of "5 x points on a £20 spend" popped up on hubby's a/c today. (Mine was 5x on £50 spend, twice).
Used his a/c for a few items totalling £30 and received 240 bonus points (shown as 2 x 120 bonus points) , in addition to other points on the spend

They want me to spend £40 and I have got to £20 and I am struggling. I can't keep adding more popcorn and cholcate to make up the difference. I wanted to do shop Monday as new offers out then but I am running out of some things but I know they will offer me 100-200 points come Monday. Dilemas.

If anyone wanted to buy GC using GC this no longer works on self check out. You get error that you have restricted items..

Yes, experienced it just now. It was a useful loophole where I could use my discounted gift cards to buy an Amazon card and also collect Nectar points.
