Only tried one time 1 year ago in Amazon with this one and another Armaf versions and all of them had poor performance.
People around here said it was the batch, but I don't trust anymore in Amazon for fragrances. I can accept 1 or 2 bad batches for the fragrances, but in this case was all of them. (edited)
From what I understand, the limited edition version of CDNIM is the smoothest and most refined of the bunch (the variants and naming conventions of this fragrance are slightly confusing!!) but I haven't tried it personally, so can only go off what others online have stated. I do own this particular bottle however and think it's a great bang for your buck!
For anyone looking for an alternative without the harsh opening of CDNIM, opt for Explorer by Mont Blanc, it's another very good alternative with a far smoother opening. However, the longevity isn't quite as strong as this and is a little more expensive. (edited)
