Looking for an affordable high end 1440p/4k desktop deal and this seems to be very good.

Not sure how the 11th gen i7 compared to the 12th gen but good price for an RTX 3080.

Specs are as follows:

this was a good deal during GPU shortage, but currently you can get 7600x + 4070ti and better cooling for the same price. I don’t see any point of this one anymore tbh.

Awful value considering the £599 12GB 4070 is coming next week.

Probably yes, though this is assuming that
    - it'll actually be £599, rather that 'starting from' but actually £699 to purchase
    - there will be stock
    - that you as the buyer are happy to buy & fit your own graphics card
    - that you otherwise have a suitable system to put it in, eg PSU, physical size, airflow etc.
That all said, i personally am waiting for a 4070 rather than a 3080 as it probably will be a much better deal.
Rumors are April 13th official release date gamesradar.com/gef…te/

I've been waiting for this spec for a long time. Good retailer, good manufacturer, good i7 processor, good graphics card, good storage & 2 years warranty! Bought one! Hard to get everything right for this price! (edited)

Was your RAM dual or single channel? (2 or 1 stick)

Asus trying it on with the clown pricing here. 3080 with 10GB VRAM is bad idea in 2023.
