Bought an LG Gram 17inch 16 months ago from Costco. My first disappointment was with LG not being a computer company and their limited online support. (No drivers to download). Costco supplied a 2 years warranty but when my notebook broke down after 16 months, technical support was bad and I am still waiting for the problem to be sorted after 3 weeks from when I reported the fault. Even though I have actually initially left good feedback for Costco service, I am now very disappointed with both companies LG & Costco. So people might want to think twice buying an LG from Costco. The 17 inch one was going for around that price last black friday, tho I suppose that wasn't touch screen 2 in 1 tablet (edited)
