    As a general reminder wiper blades do need a clean and wipe down also every once in a while all the muck normally stays on the rubber blades, if they stop cleaning windscreen properly or on one side then try cleaning 1st before ordering new set of wiper blades , why spend when you you don't have to. Obviously if yours is not clearing ur screen properly get new ones asap to avoid any hairy moments given the sudden downpours atm.

    good advise id also recommend put some type of glass sealant on the windscreen to make it slick and help repel the rain so you use the wipers less and also help the blades glide

    When you wash the car you should wipe the blades. Thing is most folk use a car wash place these days so the wipers don't get cleaned.
    I'd recommend a little vinegar on some kitchen roll every couple of months. I've had my car 6 years (10 years old) and only had to change the front wipers once. I did try some cheap wiper blades off eBay on the wife's car and they worked great for about 3 months. Mind I think she destroys the wipers on her car in the winter so we are lucky to get 2 years out of them.

    I have tried bosch in my opinion these are rubbish. Stick to Valeo - Mine are more than a year old now no issues. Bosch ones became useless to me in 6 months! Trust me I use my wipers quite a bit. (edited)

    I experiencing the opposite I had valeo now always get these aerotwins on my car. if your referring to the standard bosh wipers (non aero twin model) then id agree there useless
