Good price, they're £6 at Toolstation ATM - heat

I've refurbished all my sash windows with this stuff. Takes a few goes to hone your skill. Really important to knead the putty well before use but found it easier to do when you microwave for about 5 - 10 seconds. Use chalk powder to brush off the oils from glass.

Hardest part of the job is finding the sweet spot on when to paint the putty! (edited)

this will prove more difficult to use than most people know....the instructions above are totally useless........good luck....................HOT deal for those who do know. If not, consider asking 'old trades' if any in family. Ya might strike gold.
