sorted by"Fast forward a week or two and another camera then completely stopped working. With a faulty button. Again contacted ezviz and they attempted to go through WiFi based trouble shooting even though this was a hardware fault with the camera flashing twice when trying to reset. So completely useless. They ignore emails and only respond if you chase, and then only with useless tips from their website. I then looked at the website trustpilot.co.uk and searched the company ezviz has a rating of poor with over 100 reviews. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. and expect 0 level of support if the cameras have problems. Highly recommend checking trustpilot.co.uk before purchasing as the lack of after sale support is shocking to the point I would personally describe them as criminal. "
Different story if you buy direct or from China, but in this way you can test and try without any worries, I would say.
