But concerned about accuracy when the ingredients list for the first starter recipe which is for Chicken Tikka say you need MUTTON.

I've had a look mate and can't find MUTTON on the first recipe.

Great find. Every recipe has clear instructions and colour photography. The recipes look do-able, the ingredients seem mostly get-able. Estimated cooking and preparation times. This seems to be scanned rather than formatted for an e-reader so there's no clickable links in the contents. I can live with that in a book of about 100 pages. It works really well on my tablet and you can easily zoom in and out. Am off to try the samosa recipe 3rd in the book btw, recipe says to roast which sounds better for you and less messy than deep frying.
