Brand New
“BRAND NEW” MEANS EXACTLY THAT! A SPARKLING NEW DEVICE IN THE ORIGINAL SEALED PACKAGING WITH THE ORIGINAL ACCESSORIES.

A brand-new device in the original box, sealed never opened, direct from the manufacturer.

Perfect For….. Buyers wanting a Brand-New Device for less than the Manufacturer’s Recommended Retail Price.

Pristine in Open Box
THIS IS OUR TOP GRADE, THEY DON’T COME ANY BETTER THAN THIS.

The device is in pristine “like New” condition with no signs of use and 100% Battery life, the item will be in its original box.

Perfect For….. Buyers looking for perfection who would ordinarily only purchase brand new but are savvy enough to shop around for the best deal.

Pristine No Box
THIS IS OUR TOP GRADE, THEY DON’T COME ANY BETTER THAN THIS.

The device is in pristine “like New” condition with no signs of use and 100% Battery life, the item will NOT be in its original box.

Perfect For….. Buyers looking for perfection who would ordinarily only purchase brand new but are savvy enough to shop around for the best deal and don’t mind not having a box and accessories.

Grade A+++ “Like New”
GRADE A+++ “LIKE NEW” IS AN EXCEPTIONAL GRADE WITH ALMOST NO SIGNS OF USAGE

The device will look brand new at first glance and will have no dents or visible screen scratches.

Perfect For….. Buyers wanting to show off their ‘new' phone - only you will know the difference!

Grade A “Excellent”
GRADE A “EXCELLENT” IS THE PERFECT BALANCE OF VALUE FOR MONEY AND COSMETIC CONDITION

The device will have some signs of use such as a few very light scratches but is in very good condition overall.

Perfect For….. Buyers seeking a higher level of perfection whilst having an eye for a bargain.

We get asked frequently if a particular item would be suitable to give as a gift. Obviously, this largely depends on personal preference and budget, but our advice is that 'Very Good' is the lowest 'present-worthy ‘grade. As long as the intended recipient knows that they are getting a second-hand phone and are not expecting brand new, they will be more than happy with a 'Very Good' model.

Grade B “Very Good”
GRADE B “VERY GOOD” IS OUR MOST POPULAR GRADE BECAUSE IT COMBINES FANTASTIC VALUE FOR MONEY WITH A GREAT LOOKING HANDSET.

The device will have moderate signs of use, such as small scratches or dents as you would expect with a second-hand item but is in overall good condition.

Perfect For….. Budget conscious buyers looking for a balance between value for money and cosmetic appearance. The preferred grade for the majority of our customers.

GRADE C “Good”
A GRADE THAT OUR CUSTOMERS LOVE BECAUSE OF THE LOW PRICE AND PIECE OF MIND OF A FULL 12 MONTH WARRANTY

The device will be heavily used and have signs of cosmetic wear and tear which may include scratches, scuffs, chips, dents, and marks. The screen will NOT be cracked, and the LCD and digitizer will not be damaged. Most signs of wear and tear can be hidden with a case and/or screen protector

Perfect For….. Buyers who want a phone to use rather than to look at. Buyers who work/play in environments where the handset will take a bit of stick. Instances where budget is tight, and you want the most power for your penny.

I don't underdstand why Google Chromebooks are very affordable but their mobile handsets are not!

Chromebooks contain cheapo junk hardware- that may be good enough for the job. Top tier phones, OTOH, use mega expensive chips built on the latest fab process at TSMC- cutting edge = wallet pain.

I have a Pixel 4a that I absolutely love. Looked at a few new phones but nothing appealing to me. Problem is my battery is shot and only has a screen on time of a couple of hours, so thinking about just buying another one.

How are these secondhand phones for battery life? Does a good grade mean good battery too or is that just for scratches and stuff? (edited)

I have a Pixel 4a (as well as my pixel 5's) and the battery is so bad, Accubattery shows it as 50% ( I did use it an awful lot over the last 23 months though, fair enough).

However, you may still have options, I checked mine and it is still in warranty (just), and have applied for a battery replacement from Google (poor battery is covered, it seems)... I am sending it off next week with my fingers crossed (I have heard mixed opinions on their repair service)

If you are out of warranty Ismash do a battery replacement service, which is £35, but I found they sent me a £5 extra off voucher when I left it in the basket... Worth a look maybe.

Or maybe get a refurb Pixel 5 for about £125, on eBay, very happy with one I got from Idooka on there last week, it is supposed to be "Grade C with Battery health between 70-100%" , but I think I have a Very Good one, no obvious marks or issues and the Battery Health is 97%... Very happy with it. (edited)

What do people do with Pixel phones after they stop getting Security updates ?

I ask because I have a 4a and a 5 and both stop getting them in the next few months, but both are very useable phones, the 5 particularly is great.

They are still okay to use aren't they ?... I want to use the 5 for a couple more years ideally.

I do not want to root or add Roms etc and I want to use my banking apps

(So just asking because of the 3a being in this deal).

Keep using it mate, if your not going on open sources, downloading dodgy apps or going on dodgy sites you can use it for another couple of years.
Just install a add blocker and use a VPN, not Google's looking at the throughput

I think I brought a an iPhone 6s from the company via eBay a few years ago and the touch ID was faulty. The warranty period from the faulty device will continue to the next phone. It isn’t great because you may not have enough time to discover and send back a faulty device.

No more Pixel 3a in stock - is there anywhere else to get one for a similar price currently or is it a case of keeping an eye out?

    Worth upgrading to a Pixel 3a from a Samsung A3 2017?
    realdeals's avatar
Easily worth a upgrading over an approaching 6 year old budget Samsung, so much for people saying Samsung's are not durable.
