This is the cheapest contract deal I've seen since launch, but it's on O2 so it's a no from me.

A very good deal for those who are in an area O2 have a good reception. Voted hot.

There's another similar on Vodafone. Use "search", was posted early in the morning.

O2 do free EU roaming too, which is a bonus for those going in and out on holiday/working.

You can get the 7a for £224 stand alone at BT if you are an employee. 50% off.

That’s 99% of the people ruled out then.

The 10GB plan brings total cost down to £500

If you're already with o2 can you upgrade using deals like this from third parties?

No. You would need to port out your number and then port back to o2.

The real question is should you go for 7a or wait for a good deal on the 7

Depends what your personal deal breakers are. Mine is the handset size so I went for the 7a.

If the size doesn't bother you, it probably makes sense to go for the 7 if you can get a good deal.
