    1440p is perfect for a 27" panel.
This is ideal for fast paced first person shooters due to it's high refresh rate and low response times.

This HP one is better than that one. Watch the techless review on the lenovo monitor and he actually says the HP one is the better option for a similar price.

Great monitor. x32 31.5 inch is just 25 pounds more, and I don't know what to do!

For gaming using keyboard and mouse 27" is deal as you don't have to move head around to see things in edge if screen. I had 32 inch monitor and sold it in due to this. Person who bought off me sold due to same issue. 27" is best unless you game using gamepad

Likewise. Torn between this, the 32x and the 34x. Bored of my 24" 1080p screen

Between 27x and 34x ppi is same both are almost as sharp as eachother. Based on if you like untrawide idea. For 32x I believe 2k is bit low better with 4k. Imo

Is the lg-27gp850-b a better choice than this or is there not much in it?

The LG with its Nano IPS is slightly better and worth the extra 50 according to HW Unboxed. (edited)

I'm thinking of this monitor or a 32 inch one the x32 or the cooler master gm32, and I'm not sure about Which one

Can this be used for a PS5 as well as a PC? I appreciate it won't have sound but as long as I can use external speakers that's fine.

Yes, you shouldn't have a problem with using them both as you can use the display port for the PC and HDMI for the ps5.

However, you won't be able to add any more consoles like an Xbox as it only has one of each port, where as other monitors have multiple HDMI ports and/or display ports.

Which is the better monitor (ignoring refresh rate), this or hotukdeals.com/dea…958?

    Not necessarily for gaming.

Heard there's different panels that you can get with this monitor. A good lg or a not so good boe panel. On the box it's either hardware revision bim(boe panel) or lim(lg panel). Anybody purchased one, which one did you get?
    Nautilus186's avatar
I think the Boe panel Is still good from reading the thread on Reddit l changed my settings as recommended and the picture is very good on my monitor.

This looks like a great pickup for me, was looking for an IPS non curved 27 inch to replace my 1080p one, wasn't really into curved monitors, thanks
