Seems like this will age badly, just like all the Intel quads did over the last few years.
I'd either get a Ryzen 5600 (non X no need to pay for the X) at around £130, or the i5-12400F for around £160 (I'd normally recommend the non-F but it's another £25 or so).
Quad cores used to be plenty, but are now 'just enough' for most games.
Still fine for general use, but anyone wanting a machine to last for gaming/video editing/whatever else is CPU hungry, you may as well spend a little more on 6+ cores.
