sorted byWe bought ours from them 5 years ago and it’s still solid as a rock and now being used for baby no2. When we bought it it just had a few minor scuffs on the chassis which I’d have probably done myself the first time I put it in the car anyway.
I don't personally think that it is suitable for a new born (edited)
