About this deal

Update 1
Price Drop £14.98 - 27/05

Edit: Use Smart Weight Diary by MedM app to synchronise your data with Google Fit without subscription (Only Supports Google Fit by looks of it).

I was looking for an affordable smart scale and found this. I think this is a really good deal! One of the comments from last year said that the price was £34.99. In the description says it's NHS approved, so I suspect that it needs to be fairly accurate.

- Reliable and used by the NHS
- Complete accuracy analyser - full body composition analyser - Measures visceral body fat %, body water %, muscle mass %, boone mass and body Mass Index (BMI). no more imprecise and irregular measurements
- Precision measuring: 0.1kg accuracy with 3 measurement choices st/ kg/ lb plus memory for 8 different users
- Sleek & stylish - Our Black Glass scales with silver detailing will add a touch of class to any bathroom
- Step-on operation, with user profile recognition

Anyone have experience with this? Some reviews say the body fat assessment is a bit hit and miss.

I have experience with this Bathroom Scales Body Fat Scale with 13 Body Data Body Composition Analysis for App Max 180 kg (Black) amzn.eu/d/a…sob

Seems similar and probably using the same tech. I'd say it's good for the price. The body fat assessment is an indication, if you want accurate body fat, i think you would have to go down the caliper route as i don't know of any digital one that is accurate.

All 'Vine' reviews - hard pass on those surge-marketed products

Yeah that's true, although Kinetik Wellbeing is quite a well known brand in the UK and they supply NHS with some of their stuff. I own one and it's definitely worth £16, you won't even get a cheap chinese one for that price probably with app support. I'm using it for tracking my weight in the app and it does that very well. Seem to be accurate for me as well.

Note that syncing data with other apps (including Health Connect on Android) requires a Premium subscription for £29.99/year (or £5.99/month)!

Smart Weight Diary by MedM is free for synchronising with Google Fit but it only does your weight I think (not 100% sure)
