    FYI, this is DEET based, which is a rather nasty chemical. Which can destroy certain fabrics. A more recent and friendlier alternative, which has been studied to be just about as effective, is Picaridin. (edited)

    I wear Pestects on alternating wrists and ankles. If you're prone to bites best to wear picaridin infused clothing as an extra layer of protection.
