I have this monitor and it's good for the price (I paid £190 a year ago). It has a couple of issues though.

First, the stand is wobbly, more so than, say, my 27" 4K Dell I use in the office, or any other monitor I've used before.

Second, a few weeks after buying, I got a flickering issue. I'd been using the monitor for around 9 hours (as usual during my working day) and right at the end of the day the colours went a little off (NOT inverted, or a rainbow effect... just off) and the monitor developed a flicker... also, at the same time my Mac lost track of my monitor layout config.

I tried unplugging it, turning it off/on, turning my Mac off/on, reconfiguring the colour profile and the monitor layout config, but nothing worked.

I decided to switch it off and worry about it in the morning, maybe update the firmware, etc, but when I switched it on in the morning it was fine, and it's been fine ever since.

I'm still not sure if it was a hardware (monitor backlight) or a software issue, but this flickering is a known issue. It's even reported on here by HUKD users and I was actually aware of this potential issue before buying it.

All in all, I don't regret buying the monitor for less than £200 and it's served me well.

I've never had an issue with the stand being wobbly - do you adjust yours lots? Apart from the odd easy adjustment mine stays perfectly still.

Also, never had the issue that you describe with re flickering? Why didn't you return for a refund / replacement if it happened so soon after purchasing?

Very tempting! Can’t decide if I will be ok with a 28” for work, excel etc or if I ideally need a 32”

I use x2 28" monitors (one of these and one other) for Excel amongst other things - no issues at all.

You can obv adjust the zoom in Excel, and scaling in W11, to have a setup pretty as you like it anyway.

Not bad for 4K IPS, good find!

Back to the same price as when I posted it last year. Great price then, great price now.

Decent monitor with a nice adjustable stand.

Is it not possible to get a 24" 4k monitor?
