sorted byO2 MVNO:
Anywhere SIM
Extrem Connect (e-sim only no idea for EU roaming)
Giffgaff (Limited EU roaming)
Kcom Mobile (Quite expensive and not sure for the roaming)
Lycamobile (Limited EU roaming)
Sky Mobile (2 pounds a day EU roaming)
Tesco Mobile (EU roaming is ending in 2023)
For O2 roaming go straight with O2 avoid MVNO.
If you want cheaper go on other network sub brand like ID Mobile or Smarty (Three) or Lebara (Voda) or Plusnet (EE). (edited)
But at lease Lebara appeared to try to refund.
It might have expired but I don't think plans just expire if number hasn't even been activated yet
Overall I recommend lebara over lyca.
For example, is there an online cancellation route or do I need to speak to them to cancel?

After 3 months of trying to get them to apply the 12GB bundle to the account, I've given up and ported to Lebara. Even getting the PAC code was made difficult as couldn't make any outbound text messages and they point blank refused to supply over the phone and kept trying to offer 50% off the next 3 months instead! Had to keep hanging up and speaking to someone else who was actually willing to give a PAC code.
Honestly steer clear of these cowboys, go with Lebara or someone else instead and in case anyone has any doubts how difficult it is dealing with their customer services, this is my recent call history with them for just trying to get them to apply the 12GB bundle to the account and more recently, calling them to get the PAC code:
Horrible experience every time I contacted their operators. I would rather use landline than using these muppets again. (edited)
I sent an email to Lyca at the weekend and no response so far.
From personal experience, signal/coverage with Lyca was very good but setting up the SIM not so straightforward as Lebara.
Now it seems cancelling isn't good either.
My son's mum had her MSE plan stopped out of the blue as well for some reason and it was a week of excuses until I ordered her a Lebara SIM to replace it.
Pretty shoddy experience, in my case but YMMV of course.

Looks like the lebara 94p has stopped I got 8 lebara some for 1p and on the last day of the deal. I got 8 more
The first 8 are still in date but its so nice as me and my gf have 2 phones each with duel sim so 6 in total so 4 p a month for like 52gb and 400 International mins is amazing.
I activated the other 8 the day before yesterday as it was the last day to do it.
I'm not sure why I gave Lyca another chance. Probably because I couldn't use the same Lebara deal as before. Anyways, I dissuade you from using them, they're alright when they're alright but when they're bad you'll regret having ever bothered with them.
If you want to keep your phone number you order a PAC to your current provider if you just want to leave without your number you order a STAC.
You give those code to Lyca that will keep your number or not depending if it is a PAC or STAC.
If one day you want to leave Lyca they you redo the same procedure order a PAC or STAC to Lyca.
Your new provider take care of canceling the previous one.
You order a PAC from LYCA to keep your original number not a STAC. (edited)
I hope you guys understand what I mean. As I can't port out of Lebara back to Lebara. Its for my daughter and she needs to keep her old number, its very important. (edited)
