Was there recently it's ok, little bit dated but clean enough. Breakfast alright, good location and a free shuttle bus to the Disney Parks (although not always at ideal times). There's a little pizza/takeaway on-site too and walking distance to other restaurants and a few grocery shops etc if you need to stock up. Great if you're not hiring a car.

Had a look, can't really get around the flights being significantly more expensive on the Friday.

Best I can see is Manchester > Orlando , 30th June, 7 nights at the Maingate Lakeside resort on Holiday Genie for £841pp. I've stayed at that hotel and the rooms were clean, the location is great (literally around the corner from Disney) but the resort kinda felt like it was 25 years past its heyday.

Avoiding the weekend saves you up to £200pp.

Yes and it's a reason why we have decided to stay on site this time as it works out cheaper.

At last! A sensible holiday deal posted whereby hold luggage is included in the price and I'm not expected to wear the same pair of pants for the duration.
