Mrs has this one. Few notably things:
    1. Ram is 2666 and non upgradable, annoying for those gaming on this
    2. Hard drive is sata not nvme meaning performs below what you would expect
    3. There is a spare m2 slot allowing for additional storage to be added
    4. Has backlit keyboard

I'm failing to see the value here? It's an 'oldish' CPU and slow RAM?

Think people seduced by the ryzen 7 aspect. It's a decent cpu but basically the same as a 5500u

Personally I'd look elsewhere. I have one of these with different cpu but the same shell. The touchpad randomly goes weird half an hour after bootup and has lag spikes, it's too thin to cool the cpu so is pretty loud, and the screen has pretty bad back-light bleed. Mine was £299 a while back so wasnt overly bothered but at £470 its more of an issue
