Mental Health Awareness Week runs from the 15th to the 21st of May 2023. The Open University has a range of free resources and short courses available on topics such as anxiety, depression, mindfulness, and more.
This year's theme is 'anxiety' - this selection of OU resources is aimed at helping us learn more about mental health, well-being, and how to reduce stress.
