    Lot of reviews seem to mention them being noisy to walk on.
    I have had a few pairs of trainers over the years that I had to stop wearing as it sounded like I was stepping on frogs every time I took a step.

    The alpha trainer 2 are the best I've used so decided to try the 4 and 5 but returned them as they seem to have a lot of negative points including squeaking as you walk and feel a lot more bulkier.
