Obviously not as good saving as the other face off one, but this one has a bit of colour rather than just plain gray, which may be preferable for some people

Doesn’t have rumble or gyroscope apparently (before anyone asks).

You can use the face plates for other face off controllers (and vice versa).

I have one of these, an official pro controller, and a couple of the Power A ones. The pro controller is definitely the pick of the bunch, but if you don't have the funds this is a capable second and I would even say the analog sticks on this are better than the pro controller.

If you have any questions then I will do my best to answer them.

I've tried compressed air, gutted the thing and cleaned it thoroughly to no avail. Has anyone ever ran into this problem?Really am at my wits end with it.

I can't say I have ran into this problem myself, sorry.

I haven’t run into that problem either, despite 100+ hours of use. Sounds like it may be faulty, but not sure if you can claim under warranty with the stuff you’ve done to it to try and fix it.

    Is it under warranty?

Should still be, I'll have to have a look around for the receipt. Didn't even think about warranty

What's the auto fire function like? Does it come with two modes like the Hori Pro Controller? (edited)

This version does not come with the autofire option, only the cheaper version comes with that. This version has two paddle style buttons that can be programmed to act as any other face button (except home and record)

Doesn't really matter WRT with Nintendo. I had that problem and a problem with some of the face buttons not registering properly. Contacted them 1 day before the years warranty was up explained everything was told they'd raise a rma. Got cut off going through details, rang back two days later (due to work commitments) to finalize everything. Went on ahead with it, sent in the controller, 2 days later Nintendo asked for 29.99 to repair it as despite having started the RMA before the end of the warranty it was now outside and being told on the phone that it was ok. This is the first time I've ever had any problems with Nintendo In my 30 years of gaming, the service was as awful as Sony's. (edited)

Hi, Can someone explain how these controllers work, I paired the controller, but as soon as I activated the joy con ones these stopped working and wont recognise the controls at all now, I thought it was the controller so swapped it at the shop, and the second pair did the same, am I doing something wrong, ?
I got these so the kids can play 2 player on the new Incredibles game, but cannot get them to work at all!.....HELP!
