1 ms (MPRT) fast response for crisp images and smooth gameplay
MPRT (motion picture response time) is a more intuitive way to describe response time, which directly refers to the duration between seeing blurry noise and clean, crisp images. The Philips gaming monitor with 1 ms MPRT effectively eliminates smearing and motion blur and delivers sharper and more precise visuals to enhance your gaming experience. The best choice for playing thrilling and twitch-sensitive games.

Low input lag reduces time delay between devices to monitor
Input lag is the amount of time that elapses between performing an action with connected devices and seeing the result on screen. Low input lag reduces the time delay between entering a command from your devices to monitor, greatly improving play on twitch-sensitive video games, particularly important for playing fast-paced, competitive games.

170 Hz refresh rates for ultra-smooth, brilliant images
You play intense, competitive games. You demand a display with lag-free, ultra-smooth images. This Philips display redraws the screen image up to 170 times per second, effectively faster than a standard display. A lower frame rate can make enemies appear to jump from spot to spot on the screen, making them difficult targets to hit. With a 170 Hz frame rate, you get those critical missing images on the screen, showing enemy movement in ultra-smooth motion so you can easily target them. With ultra-low input lag and no screen tearing, this Philips display is your perfect gaming partner

Crystal clear images with Quad HD 2560 x 1440 pixels compatible for smooth, fast gaming
These Philips screens deliver Crystal Clear, Quad HD 2560 x 1440 or 2560 x 1080 pixel images. Utilising high-performance panels with high-density pixel count, enabled by high-bandwidth sources like Displayport, HDMI and Dual link DVI, these new displays will make your images and graphics come alive. Whether you are a demanding professional requiring extremely detailed information for CAD-CAM solutions, a user of 3D graphic applications or a financial wizard working on huge spreadsheets, Philips displays will give you Crystal Clear images.

For anyone whose ever suffered eye strain on a Nano IPS LG display, this won't be any better as the panel is made by LG, hence the "Nano" in the name. But for all else, this is a great panel.

Im not sure is it panel or coating. I definitely experienced that on dell s2721dgf but even less on ultrawide g2 va monitor from aoc or acer xv282kv.

Got this a few days ago, arrived today. So far looks really good. There aren't that many reviews online but it's cheaper than other monitors with the same specs. Great deal imo

just bought this is yeserday and returning today. Swear IPS on top left. Mind you its a 10bit (8 + frc) pannel and image looks decent. However the panel is made of cheap quality so even the 10bit does not make huge difference.

May be i got a bad unit. This model on the paper looks great thou (edited)
