    This is a standard activated charcoal filter which can be purchased for much cheaper, and the replacement filters cost another £20

    This is outrageous.

    I thought I saw filters on Amazon for £18 for three but those were for something else. But I agree replacement filters are around £20 each.

    I put in a Harvey's water softener hvx hvs model at mi sisters. 3 kids 70% + reduction in their skin issues. (London hard water).
    Expensive but def worth it. Have a read up

    I have had this for about a year and it seems decent enough, but as others have said the replacement filters cost an arm and a leg. Cheaper to buy a whole new unit
