    I've given up ordering of this lot. Their sizings are all over the place, you never know what you are going to get when you order your proper shoe size. They charge for returns, I spoke with their CS department to explain that it wasn't MY fault that the shoes that I ordered in the right size just did NOT fit, they refused to replace, saying that I should order again, when I pointed out that their £5 returns charge should not apply (as I would have happily had them replaced) they said they'd refund that, but never did. So I never ordered from them again.

    Not personally. However, I've just looked at the website and it is riddled with spelling and grammar mistakes and looks like it was built in 1999. They charge for delivery and returns, and operate out a single warehouse in Sunderland. Nothing wrong with any of that per se, but google reviews are average (hard to buy fake), trust pilot is apparently good (easy to buy fake). I think you are getting a mass imported shoe being sold for a 'discount' at £15. Might be worth a punt, you might get a wrong size and have to pay for the pleasure of a return. Roll the dice...

    Ordered a pair of red tape leather shoes and some pool slides the other day and quite happy with them to be honest. Quidco had a 12 percent off code plus cashback and it also seemed to remove the £1 delivery charge. Red tape shoes came in a topman box. (edited)
