    I would avoid laptopoutlet. I bought a laptop from them that went faulty after two months, They had it for 7 months for 'repair' and then stated it couldn't be repaired.
    They only offered a partial refund due to the length of ownership (They stated I had owned it 9 months even though I only got about 8 weeks use from)

    Do check terms and conditions on the seller website as they are usually sending faulty and damaged stuff!

    I used to buy refurbs, but I won't be doing it again. The last couple of Dell machines I had were faulty - Ultimately it was sorted out and I got my money back, but it was a pain. (edited)
