About this item
  • Take in the vibrant colors of Galaxy Tab S7 FE 12.4" display. The vibrant screen lets details shine, and the cinematic experience is enhanced with the incredible sound by AKG.
  • Equipped with a high-performing Snapdragon 750G chipset, Galaxy Tab S7 FE keeps your streaming and gaming smooth and fast. You can multi-task with ease and launch up to three apps all at once
  • Hours and hours will go by before you have to charge up the 10,090mAh (typical) battery. It lasts up to 13 hours when you're watching videos, giving you plenty of time for a streaming marathon.
  • With low latency and a soft tip, the included S Pen offers a natural writing experience. More than that, it turns handwriting into text in real time and lets you edit text with simple gestures. When you're done, it magnetically snaps to the side for easy carrying - no need to charge S Pen.
  • While you're taking notes, the app will automatically recommend titles by analysing the content and suggests hashtags to keep your notes organised.

They are selling on ebay for that price because they are oversaturated in terms of these people are selling them because of some Samsung promo they've took advantage of, the eBay selling prices don't truly reflect what they are actually worth

It's not underpowered for 90% of peoples needs, unless you use a tablet for multitasking you likely wont notice any difference. For just over £200 this is a bargain. For someone who just uses a tablet to browse and watch movies this may be a better option than spending an extra £80 for the smaller S8.

It's a great deal without a doubt but in the long term I feel like paying an extra £30 without the speaker for the s8 deal will be worth it for software updates and better performance. Here's a little technical info- the geekbench single-core score for the S7 FE Is 647 while for the S8 it's 1216, so almost twice as fast. And the S8 is also 120hz compared to 60hz so a much smoother experience. In the end, if your looking for a bit bigger display and mainly for media consumption, then the S7 FE will do.

You don't 'see' the offer... just add the tablet to your basket and the speaker will be added automatically. I just tried it through Unidays and it worked fine. The Fit is out of stock though so you can't take advantage of that little bonus.

No, I just went through Unidays and I can see the "Any android tablet" option when looking at the tradein options at checkout. Are you definitely trying with the Tab S7 FE? Some of the other tablets only allow a Samsung trade in. (edited)

Yes, get a job at one of the many companies that offer work perks or become a student at one of the many universities around the UK!

The other alternative is to ask that good friend of yours if he knows anyone that works or knows a student willing to help out

If none of the above 2 options are viable, become friends with a teacher at your local school, go for drinks and the rest will follow naturally! (edited)

If you want it for drawing I would go for either the s8 or s7 plus as the 120hz on these would feel much better than the 60hz. The s7 plus does have a better and bigger display so depends on how much that matters to you, but it won't come with the standard 24-month warranty.

Can't decide on the sizing. The 12.4 inch gives more screen for drawing and media but is not likely to fit in the hand. What would you buy out of the s8 deal and a used s7+ for around £400, and does the AMOLED improve the drawing and media?

I also can’t really decide tbh(lol) . The difference in displays is hardly noticeable to most people but the bigger screen can be tempting when using certain drawing apps which require more space. But I have heard that the AMOLED display can have burn-in problems which without the warranty can be worrying.

The final comparison in my comment was between the tab s7+ and the tab s8 which have both got 120hz refresh rate although the s8 has adaptive refresh rate.
