Do these work well standalone and without the subscription plan? Thanks.

I just got another model of Tapo camera, not using the subscription plan. I've been impressed, it has all the features I need without the subscription. Storing to SD card. Playback and app are much much better than my Yi/Kami cameras.

Anyone used Eufy and can compare with these? Thanks

I've got a couple of TP Link cameras and was thinking of getting a couple of these for outside. Does anyone have any experience of these?
By the looks of the specifications, they run on 12v DC, rather than the 9v that the internal cameras work on.

I don't have this specific model but do have a couple of the C310 cameras. Although a bit fiddly to set up with cables, they have been fantastic in use through all types of weather. Spiders and heavy rain does cause false triggers/recording, but that does show how sensitive they are. Pound for pound worth the effort.

Does anyone know roughly the WiFi range on these? Where I want to install is about 10m from router with window in-between.
