It's a shame, but, kudos to DX for handling it quickly, efficiently, and truthfully. And also kudos for actually checking and testing these things out.
By contrast, (and, hey, this isn't entirely relevant, but let let me go on), I recently had a similar issue with eBuyer when they shipped me an Android tablet with a battery spec'd 30% lower than their advertised spec. Their response? "Well, can have a refund if you like", and on pressing, "I've spoken with my manager, and we can give you a 5% partial refund". They still haven't corrected their spec listing, and I doubt very much they contacted any other customer they defrauded. Shows you the difference, doesn't it?

ENGLISH!
DO. YOU. SPEAK. IT?
It's something a lady can enjoy on her own discreetly.
Nope, this time next week we'll have all forgotten we even ordered this as it won't have even been dispatched.
Apparently it only streams rugby.

For the people who does not know what is it...
You do not need it if you do not have Wireless internet and TV with HDMI input.
It is a media player that simply connects to one of your TV HDMI connector.
You can insert your mobile memory card in and It will play movies on your TV.
You must have atleast a Mouse to use it. better get any wireless/wiered mouse from ebay etc. Plug the dongle in USB input and it should work.
If your TV is not connected to the internet i.e you do not have smart TV it will convert you it into Smart TV. you MUST have wireless router to cennect as it does not have wired connection.
It has Google Android 4.0 also known as Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) Operating Sytem same as any mobile or Tablet with ICS
Like mobiles this will not make any calls as it does not have any Antenna or place for Sim Card that connets it to mobile networks
It will make your TV like a mini pc where you can download apps from Google Play store & could play game (via mouse).
I hope this help
Unless you can substantiate your claim I would ignore this comment.
Sorry this site is English only.
I've been in I.T for 20 years, it's absolutely impossible to know everything even in one field of computing. Computing is split in to so many areas now. I get asked questions all the time that stump me because I've never thought it of it before, then I go and find out. IT is evolving so fast that you are playing a losing game of catchup. Even just in the field of media servers there's so much to learn and so much coming ou in fact just on Android there's so much to learn. Some one asked me the other day if a tablet I was selling had GPS I said no, they said oh that's a shame can't I use the GPS on my phone, I said no, but hmm actually can you? So I did some research and within a minute or two I had an app called TetherGPS and we had his Android phone sending GPS data to the tablet and a free Sat Nav up and running on the tablet. You literally have to think on your feet now. I'm 42 now and having to learn Linux, I've been a Windows user for 20+ years, but Windows is dying a death now. Steam is coming out on Linux, Android will end up being the leading mobile OS which uses a dalvik emulator on top of a Linux kernel to run Android apps. Linux I've never been impressed with, not because it's bad, but because it was too technical, but it's getting there now.

sorry but cant be ar$ed.
not sure theres no info in this thread at all hopefully there may be a few posts soon
It'd actually work out more expensive. At the top, you'd be saving $1.90 per item, which works out as £1.20. Factor in the cost of the Bulkrate code ($1.70, flat), VAT (20%), import duty (iirc, about another 4%), Post Office fees (about £8, iirc), the cost of posting each item out (90p + packaging materials) and any applicable Paypal or banking fees, and each £11.34 device would rapidly grow to about £16 each.

Do i want this yes.....

It turns your screen into a giant touch screen, so you just use your fingers.
That is how the iPhone became popular. SHEEP.

You can run XBMC for Android on this although there is not yet hardware accelerated video so it will struggle with HD (see here under Allwinner A10 devices).
For HD video you will need to store the video locally or use someting like Skifta as a more basic DLNA client.
As for a remote you can use something like DroidMote to control it with another Android phone if you don't want a keyboard and mouse.

Never had no problems myself
The 1.5GHz processor won't decode 1080p24 video - but the Mali400 GPU can! That's why you need a hardware accelerated player so it uses the graphics chip instead of the processor to play video.
SINGLE Core vs DUAL CORE:
I have an MK802 1.2GHz single core and a UG802 (MK808) 1.6GHz dual core...the dual core is way better (faster surfing, video playback etc). Dual core is noticeably smoother, don't bother with single core ones...they are old tech and the Chinese will be getting rid of old stock now that the dual core versions are out.
LENOVO KEYBOARD:
I bought one of these with my MK802. It works fine, but the build is very plastic, keys are tiny and difficult to use, no back light keys, trackball is very loose fit, mouse buttons are not very responsive (have to click it in the right place). Instead I now use a Logie chance K400 from Amazon. It's pricey but much better than the Lenovo thing. The touch pad works well for scrolling and sliding/swiping, especially when used with the separate special left mouse button on the top left corner of the keyboard (hold down that button with left hand thumb and swipe across touch pad with right hand fingers)...you can't easily do this with the Lenovo one.
PS...thanks to all other comments re XBMC for Android and the media server Android apps. With these I don't see why you need to install Linux on these (I've tried loads of builds and each has their own problems with freezing, audio not working, video not working, wifi not working, etc...the most stable build I could find was Puppy Linux which is extremely basic and runs very slow on the MK802 and I have to set the wifi SSID & password every time I power it on).
One on the funniest posts of the year for many reasons....
I sea what you did there though.

Because the original item is £13 delivered which is a bargain - just try it with a wired/wireless USB keyboard. The MK808 sounds better and comes with a nice looking controller...but it's £34.95 delivered from china and that's before any custom/handling fees because it's more than £17 (or whatever it is now). Anything goes wrong with it you'll want to return it and have to pay for postage etc, for £13 it's cheaper to just chuck it away.
Personally I'm hoping to put XBMC on it with an external video player because I can control it via an app on one of my tablets (no keyboard needed).

I think it would really struggle to handle the subs, thats just pushing the boundaries of technology far beyond their capabilities.
You plug a microphone into it and use siri.
A simple yes or no would have done .....
£13.10 is a bargain deal for normal people. Scrooge McDuck over there clearly doesn't see it like that ..
You are wrong, you are confused between sequential and p2p downloading, you need to understand how P2P works, once you understand that it invalidates your argument >
You understand that torrents are Peer to Peer? That they are not sequential downloading like streaming. If you download a torrent then you distribute, that is a fact, if you download a torrent containing copyrighted material you are distributing an illegal download albeit partially or wholly and it doesn't matter if you've already bought the copyrighted material you aren't allowed to distribute it.
The link below explains how P2P works and it is inherently based on sharing, so it's impossible to download a torrent without sharing at least some of the file/s you are downloading, and sharing = distributing. Also your IP is freely available on the tracker and there isn't any software that will obfuscate that effectively, so you are not safe using Peer Guardian or similar software.

Even if you are not likely to be prosecuted the fact remains that you are doing something illegal under the Digital Economy Act 2010.

This has a standard HDMI output so if your amp does HDMI then yes.

Just in case that wasn't a joke. You are almost certainly dealing with someone who doesn't have English as a first language.
