If there was a waitrose nearer I would buy one! I made a bread and butter pudding using a pannetone instead of bread, and added Amaretto to the custard mix (I'd seen Gino D'acampo do it on TV but don't hold that against the recipe!) - it was devine!!

surprisingly good ingredients if starting with a fruit blend, kiwi fruit and pumpkin seeds, plus carrots and banana, all in the blender then add yogurt and olive oil, and blend away and then throw the slurry in a bowl and add flour and/or oats until it firms up nicely and then add nuts and dried fruit to taste and let settle for 20 minutes (after transferring to another bowl coated in olive oil) and then microwave for 3-5 minutes. More fruit cake than bread but better than you can buy in the shops, imo, and about as healthy as it gets (esp if you avoid flour). You can play with the ingredients until it works for you and add things like coffee and cocoa and various herbs. Have not made something I could not happily eat despite making it up as I go along but started doing it after looking at vegan baking on Youtube - not vegan but wanted to avoid sugar, milk, salt etc.

Bargain that if you can get it. These are quite big. No idea what they're like but for £2 who cares?
