    GPU expired yesterday. Purchased 11 of these codes and redeemed via console. Not offered extra time with auto renewal. 11 gold codes took me to 20/04/26. Xbox website allowed me to convert to GPU for £1. £77.89 total spent, am now looking at a GPU expiry date of 23/06/25.

    Added bonus for me is I console share (another trick) so my pal will pay half.

    If you're like me and you took advantage of the £1 deal and now your first month to convert is full price (£12.99) you can do better by buying a 3 month GPU code from CDKeys for £22.99. That's a 42% discount on monthly price and less than £10 for an extra 2 months GPU.

    When you redeem it it does the 3:2 conversion and as a bonus I was offered 1 month extra with recurring billing.

    Yes and this is the best way to do it, as it gives the best conversion of 50 days Ultimate.

    I’ve caved and bought a load to extend my Ultimate, which was expiring on the 10/08.

    just in case the price goes right up again before then!

    Forgive my stupidity! I've just added 12 months of Gold to my new Xbox account but how do I then convert that to GPU? Do I just click on "Join Ultimate" (where it's then giving me a £1 for the first month offer) and then my Gold will be converted to GPU?

    That's right! Join GPU and then it will convert it at a ratio of 3:2. It will also ask you to turn on reaching bulling (this gives you 1 month free) you can then cancel the reoccurring billing after that. (edited)

    They won't. They'll just convert them to an equivalent i.e. 3 months of the new basic bitch Game Pass subscription.

    How many months live would I need to convert 12 months to game pass as I already have two years left on game pass and want to top it up the 3 years as I think I nee 13 months to get it back to three years

    Slightly off topic but is the Xbox always so slow at downloading games. I’ve now been waiting nearly 3 hours to download a 45gb game and it’s still only 2/3 of the way through!! Never had an issue with my download speed previously.

    Are you downloading while playing a game? The console will throttle the download speeds until you close out the game.

    So basically if you already have a Gamepass sub than this works out at... 14p a day /£4.25/ £51 a year to extend your Ultimate GP sub. Just buy and apply the code up to 36 months

    Just redeemed 7 codes to get a year extra on my 2-year left game pass which coast £42 which is still excellent for a year's worth as its about £144 a year on normal sub.so still a saving of £102.

    I noticed i must of had 1 year and 11 months left or something as i bought a 8th code and it said it will take me up till the 27/07/2026 but it will not let me redeem as its past the three years so you think it would be ok to try this code again on the 28th of this month to get it to go on

    It'll probably be fine. Ideally use them immediately, however I successfully redeemed a bunch of these codes 6 weeks after purchase.

    I’m sure everyone is bored of giving advice for this but my GPU expires on the 10th of August.
    What would people suggest I do as I’ve missed out on good prices for these and the conversion recently.
    Should I buy a load of these and extend by 50 days each time or wait until it has fully expired and buy a load of these in the meantime ready for that?

    Automically ... It explains the conversion when you add the code basically its 14p a day GP / 50 days extension with this code (edited)

    Relieved to see them back under £7 - with Gold changing to Rewards Pass Core I though cheaper codes might start disappearing. Ive been happy to extend Rewards Pass Ultimate by 50 days when these are on sale - its still better doing the 3:2 convert but only just - 60 days or so from 3 months - but if youve got many months / years of Rewards Pass left I'd think about extending.

    Yeah it went up to £7.99 when it was in my basket and i thought i was being smart buying the exact same product for £6.79

    Turns out the £6.79 one is the 1 month code...

    So now i've gotta hope CDKeys have mercy and refund me for 8*1 month codes

    Yes basically ... up to 36 months but dont go over! perhaps 33 months then add the £1 GPU - it'll soon be £12.99 a month so get in there now

    Depends really how much you'd use GPU to some extent

    My bank went nuts when I bought these recently. Like you said only allowed 2 at a time, so checked out 4 times.... Banks fraud team were all over me. Bit annoying seeing as pagapl and my bank app are all biometric login.

    Picked this up as not been on xbox since ultimate ran out last october. I remember after it ended a few weeks later it was still working and i thought oh must be just a lucky bug. Just logged on xbox, clicked game in gamepass and its working fine but have no subscriptions at all has anyone else had this happen before lol. Think ill just save the code i just bought.
