no adapter for PC? my PC has BT but all none adpater controller sucks and lagg all over the place.. even on a 3300 PC!!!

Must be a driver or interference issue. The Intel BT drivers on my 2 year old MSI board are updated regularly. Only ever had one BT/MS controller issue and that was down to drivers... I haven't used a BT adaptor for about 5 years now.

    What mobo are you on?

I know there are a few controllers that are slightly better than the standard ones but not as good as the elite: like the starfield one for example.

Is this one of those cases? Or the extra price is just because of the fancy skin?

This one has the rubberised rear portions like the Starfield one. Don't think there's anything else different from a standard controller.

The back panels of the controller in no way matching up with the front make it look a bit crap.

Same story with most MS controllers unfortunately... if like me, you like your consistent aesthetics, the mix of colours will drive you mad

Wow, I do like the look of this one but I really like my 20th Anniversary one. Wish I'd have bought more of them now

Question though, did I read somewhere that there's someone, possibly even MS themselves, that refurb controllers? - eg. completely rip the insides out and replace thumbsticks, buttons etc.

Heated OP, if I was in the market I'd be all over this one!

I use pc dongle but try to use bt 5.0-5.3 dongle. I had bt4.0 which was terrible, I bought bt5.0 for £2-3 and it worked fine.

Since you all have had many controllers and would have played with different ones.

Which one is the best under £50? (edited)
