This Xclio Cold Fish M.2 SSD kit consists of a black hi-grade aluminium heatsink with thermal pads and a screwdriver. The Thermal pads are made from Nano Silicon Grease Material, with good thermal conductivity ability and are soft and ductile enough to be compatible with uneven surfaces of the M.2 SSD, plus with low viscosity there is no damage to the M.2 SSD.
