    Just bought this phone from Argos. Not a bad price for the specs, the only issue is that 32gb of storage. The Argos product description page says you can store apps on the an sd card. I've since found out that isn't true even if you enable "force write to external" in the developer options, Xiaomi support confirmed it also. Two days in and already getting storage anxiety :).
    You've got around half the 32gb available out of the box so if you can manage with that it is quite a nice phone to use.

    Yes, bit low on both ram/rom so basically what you are saying is that dedicated microSD slot is more or less useless. On the positive side, there could be fair few updates being a fairly recent release. Also NFC at this price point is a definite plus. (edited)

    That was my first thought too. For a start 4GB RAM, cheaper, etc. I guess maybe as it’s high street not Mi Store. Shows that a higher model number isn’t always better.
