Are Quidco back to their best?

Quidco have had a lot of bad posts over the past few years and many will say rightly so.
I ditched them a few years back, mainly due to lack of trust.
I'm back with them, especially with many of the recent 'unbelievable' bonus deals.
Too good to be true? Many of them seemed that way.
But, all come to fruition so far and tracking has been perfect for myself. Confidence has definitely been retained from a massive doubter.
I did fear the worst when a recent bonus offer initially tracked and bonus was attached to the purchase. Sadly, the attachment dropped off and the bonus showed eventually as declined. I queried this and Quidco guaranteed the bonus would be paid once the purchase moved to confirmed. That guarantee has been honoured today.

Thank you for honouring this and hopefully it'll give confidence to others who may still doubt Quidco.
Hopefully all my other bonus offers will come to fruition too.

Quidco, you better go to a Casino.

If that's how you see it, then that's your opinion.
Not compulsory to use them and I stopped for ages.
Where do you get bonus offers like Quidco are and have been doing? Please advise, I'll definitely be interested.

I have about 80% pay out rate and all the big ones i waa bothered about paid out, mostly small £2-5 ones that don't.
Ive had over £100 back from go outdoors on 2k spend on tent and accessories.
Had £420 back from virgin media through Quidco and currently have £179 tracked and due to pay out soon off top cashback for virgin.
This is the reason i used to leave virgin every year when they hiked prices and rejoin through quidco or top cash back but they put a stop to that next april unfortunately (edited)

As per my post, I'm thinking Quidco is getting back on track.
If that gives confidence to those who were like me and doubted them for the past few years, then maybe they'll have another try.
    If they don't, they don't.
    Nothing lost at my end.

    Cheers.
You did what you promised and after a glitch.
Hopefully Quidco are back to how they once were.

    Good luck and best wishes....

...and oh, keep those bonus deals going, especially the travel related ones.

Will you still be paying any bonus linked to Wilko purchases that I'm assuming won't now reach the payable stage given recent news?

I agree with Buckyball. You'll have better odds at a casino

I have tried them a few times as they offered a better price, however 10% of my cashbacks have been successful, I have made complaint, they have sent me the same email templates/canned responses. I would avoid using them again. I never had an issue with TCB, they are just slow, but it's a trustable and reliable service.

I actually think Topcashback are quicker at moving transactions to payable.
I use TCB for financial purchases. Many declined, but every single one reversed after making a complaint directly to the merchant. Financial ones are easy to resolve, along with added compensation.
    But, all about confidence.

Nothing but issues with Quidco over the last few years, still have over £100 worth of cash back not been paid which I have been told were all successful claims, just no money turned up, including £45 from 2021 which I have been repeatedly told will be paid, but never does. Emailed them and all I keep being told is they are awaiting the cash.... about time to change to topcashback I think. Been a member since 2006 and just had a look, I have a claim from 2006 which has not been paid....

    I hear you.
I was a massive fan at the onset and things went downhill.
But, I've seen a change this year, despite a few niggles.
I'm mainly done the bonus deals, but also a few non-bonus, standard offers. No tracking issues this year.
I've still got plenty to come to payable and I still believe TCB move transactions to payable faster. Maybe better for premium members? I dropped out a few years back, but don't mind paying an annual fee for top service.

Anyway, best wishes for future cashback.

Still got 2 successful claims from March 23 listed as tracked, hardly worth bothering to try and go through the charade these days. Another item from 2 weeks I had to raise a claim on today. Jokers.

    Try messaging the rep.
Claims, if successful, will only be paid once confirmed though.
I hate claims!! Make that detest them!!

Awful now when you need help.
Tickets sit unread for months. No one bothers to respond to emailed complaints.
Wonder if MSM let too many go?

    Hi Kendal,
If you have made a purchase with Wilko, and as they are no longer trading, all we can inform you of at this stage is that we are in contact with the them to understand the next steps for anyone waiting for cashback from them. If your cashback is confirmed and paid, the bonus will be also.
As soon as we have any more information we will be in touch,

    I hope this helps, Eve

I assume the bonus is paid by Quidco and not Wilko? If so, are you saying that if Wilko doesn't pay the cashback, which seems highly likely, then Quidco will use that as their reason to not pay the bonus either, even if we can prove the qualifying purchase was made and as such, have followed the rules of the promotion?

I no longer use Quidco, became a waste of time. I mainly use Complete savings (everything on there is 10+%) or TCB if the retailers isn't on CS.

They definitely earned a reputation, that's for sure and will find it difficult to regain trust. I ditched them for a good few years.
But I definitely have seen an improvement. No genuine declines over the last year or so. Only real issue is they are slower to pay than say TCB. But, I'm no longer a premium member with Quidco. Although, I definitely don't mind paying an annual fee for a good service.

I've been with Quidco for a while now, well over 5 years and I've not really had an issue with them. I had to raise a claim for £7 for Selfridges which was eventually paid albeit 4 months later. I got a loyalty bonus last month which was a nice surprise and again that's tracked in nicely. I literally get everything there, my train tickets to work, my takeaway, and the grocery bonuses this month has been amazing and I shopped with Morrisons for the first time. Also, the Double Cashback stuff is great and got a new tumble drier that also tracked. There are the same commenters that comment negatively over and over again on every post which I find a bit suspicious. (edited)
