Meta Quest 2 games suitable for 10 year old boy

New to this world - just ordered one from Amazon for Xmas, so looking to get educated.

He will have limited time on this as suggested by many people so just looking to add a few titles to an account (assuming I just create an account on their site and download games) so it's ready for Xmas. That has got me thinking - can I buy them/download them on the account now without touching the machine and once I log onto the machine on Xmas day will the titles be there to play??

Anyhow, apart from the above question, what games do you recommend for a 10 year old boy (he's not squemish - but don't want very violent adult games, but don't mind a little older - say up to 13) - some gentle openers to start him into this experiece - appreciate your input
