Meta quest 3

Hi I've been looking for a good meta quest 3 deal recently and I've come across some on stock X, the lowest being £315 before fees and £345 after fees, this is quite significantly below retail and about £40 lower than the lowest posted on here. Just wondering if this is legit? I know stock X is quite a legit website but idk if anyone can just sell something and I'll potentially end up with a bag of rocks tia
