Office 365 - 3 months free offer

I purchased a 12 month subscription from Amazon and applied for the 3 month free offer, but MS have responded saying the claim has been rejected as ‘a qualifying device cannot be found on proof of purchase’

Does anyone know what I should be selecting for the qualifying device on the drop down menu?

Thanks in advance

Isn’t Norton or Mcafee what makes it qualify, is there an option for that? It has been a while since I did that online form, is it qualifying software or called something like that?

Did you buy the Office 365 bundled with another device or software? That is the requirement for the 'free' 3 month extension.

If you bought it bundled with McAfee / Norton, I think you enter that as 'subscription software', along with a screenshot of the invoice.

When I bought the one from Argos I selected "Subscription software minimum term 1 year"
BUT that did have Mcafee in as a bundle package

What is the qualifying item on your receipt? We can't answer this question without knowing what you bought it with
