Selling an iphone 15 pro max, is it best to sell privately

I’m selling a brand new sealed iphone 15 pro max 1tb mobile phone unlocked to all networks. Would I be best to sell this privately or are there any shops who would buy this? I checked with cash generator who told me they would offer me £400 which is just ridiculous. The retail value of the phone is £1699. Thanks.

    I suggest you do collect in person only. Probably meet at the bank and see him/ her take out cash in front of you.
    Too much of a risk of scammer if posting...

    You have 80% off selling fees on eBay this weekend, i think there is an option to only have bidders of buyers with x amount of feedback to help prevent scammers, I don’t personally know how to set that up

    I would sell on ebay I listed mine buy it now sold in 1 hr sold £1300 this was a while ago was blue 512gb was paid next day
