    @AnimeDude92 You do realise that this thread is 9 years old now.

    And yet we still don't know whether OP was whacked with a late payment fee.

    I think they give you a few days grace - email them thru cust. services and explain it's on it's way... best still phone n pay by DC
    Admin charge for late payment is usually £12

    If you do get a charge and it is your 1st charge.

    They will probably refund it as a goodwill gesture.

    Ask to speak to the arrears team if you ring.

Administration Charges:

    * Copy statement - £5
    * Immediate credit file update - £5
    * Letter confirming clearance of your debt - £12

    Just explain that you forgot and you definately won't forget again.

    They are usually sympathetic if it's your 1st charge.

    Thanks for reminding me OP. Mines was due in a few days, so your post reminded me to pay else I would have got an administration charge! Thank you.

    When Additions messed up my direct debit & didn't take the payment on time, they charged me a £12 late fee & about £10 in interest! :x

    Took quite a few phone calls to sort out. Good luck, you'll definitely need it! x

    If you only 1 day late you will be fine if you did it online. You always get a few days, I have forgotten a few times, it hurts to eat the £12 but if I screw up I gotta take the penalty.

    Hope you can help.. Maybe nothing really. Been so focused on other things. My dad hasn’t been well so I was like crap I missed payment said by 20th November. Normally do via account online Slipped my mind. I paid it 0:11 this morning and cleared it. Worried I will get a late payment charge and bad credit score. Guy at very said probably not after working 3 years. My account balance is low now as paid two remaining BNPL anyway. Some say they have grace period and you can get away with 1/2 days?

    Thanks (edited)
