About this deal
This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
Sky Ultimate On Demand (Sky Box Sets and Netflix) is appearing in my account for only £3 per month. This is excellent value, just for Netflix.
I have checked and it's only a 31 day contract and does not tie you into a new Sky contract.
I am not sure if it's account specific. I found it by logging into my Sky account then selecting "view your latest offers".

Yes you can link your current Netflix account and keep all settings and plan.
Netflix will email to say that you are paying Sky directly and they won't take anymore money from you.
Sky send an email after confirming. Mine was £3 for 18 months, 31 days notice to cancel at anytime.
No you can continue to watch Netflix by whichever method you choose, I'm watching through my Smart TV currently for Dolby Vision, HDR etc
Mine was £3 but only a 31 day contacts, so you can cancel with 31 days notice. The offer is valid for 18 months once added. Sky and Netflix send you an email after You simply press an activate button, enter your email address and it links.
Can log on via the Netflix app on any device.
It’s cancelled automatically. As long as it’s linked. Sky send an email confirming you are paying them and not Netflix for the service.
If you have a Netflix HD sub, and are a Sky Q (1tb) customer, you keep your standard HD netflix, but possibly at a cheaper price with the offer.
However, if you have a Sky Q 2tb with multiroom, your Netflix will be UHD with 4 users at one for a few quids.
Once you sign up, Sky send you an email, or if you go to sky.com/Act…lix it stops your netflix billing and moves it onto your Sky bill.
If you then go netflix, the pic below shows what it shows on your billing details.
Netflix add to their subscriber numbers (all investors are interested in) and sky stop people leaving for Netflix en masse. Win/win.
No - Sky should send you an email, It's a 31 day notice period if you wish to cancel. The offer showed on the email sent after adding it as valid for 18 months.
Correct. I checked with customer service. It’s a 18 month discount and with no new contract. The deal lasts for 18 months and you only need 31 days notice to cancel.
All the emails I have since received have no mention of a new contract either. Hopefully the info they gave is correct. (edited)
I wouldn't hold your breath.
I already had Sky Q + multi screen and was paying £1 per month for box sets and had a separate standard Netflix subscription for £8.99
Logged into my sky and saw the offer for ultimate on demand for £3 per month, once I upgraded I checked my future bills and it’s only added an additional charge of £2 per month (deducted the £1 per month that I was paying for box sets & added £3 per month for ultimate on demand).
I changed my Netflix package to premium before linking with sky, clicked the activate email from sky to link my sky account with Netflix and all fine it now shows Netflix premium & billing via sky.
So for me a saving of £7 per month (+£2 to sky -£8.99 to Netflix) and an upgrade from standard to premium Netflix!!
Its because Sky Go Extra comes under the Ultimate On Demand package as isnt a seperate item anymore. So you still have Sky go extra
I didn’t have this. Changing your password is wise. It can’t do any harm to be on the safe side.
I've been on to 3 separate departments this afternoon because the "T&C's", if you can call them that, are so poor. I went to add this last night, was £2 for me, but after I clicked 'Add' it said along the lines of 'you will lose your current TV offers by adding this'. However, the price breakdown above was only £2 more, so it hadn't disapplied my other TV offers in order to apply this one. Called Sky, they were about as much help as a chocolate teapot and said 'sorry we don't know anything about the T&C's for online offers but we can offer you the same thing for £11'.
They couldn't tell me if my current TV offers would be disapplied or not, but said if they were disapplied in adding this order, they couldn't get my 'old' offers put back on. When I asked who could advise about online offers, they said 'no one!, you need to rely on the T&C's beside the offer'.
They also thought this would tie me into a 18 month contract - so all in all I'm not risking it, but it has left me with a very negative experience of sky who can write crappy unclear T&C's then not have anyone to clarify what contract you're getting yourself into. Rather misleading I think.
Hopefully others will have a good experience and get this offer, but like the above poster and myself, it's not what it appears and please beware before adding what you think is a good deal.
If you have Netflix UHD subscription - you must have a Sky Multiroom subscription to keep that service for the £3 offer otherwise it reverts back to standard none UHD.
If you have offers on your current SKY contract, you will lose them if you sign up for this, the T&Cs say...
By confirming your order, unless included in your monthly breakdown above, any offers which apply to your existing Sky TV monthly subscription will no longer apply. 31-days’ notice to cancel Box Sets, Kids and HD. Sky Cinema is £11 a month with any Sky Sports.
I can't get it, I have £9 of discounts already, so while it would mean paying £3 for boxsets, I also get my fibre on offer too, don't want to risk losing that.
Q: Will I get access to the UHD premium Netflix plan with up to 4 simultaneous streams?
A: Yes if you also subscribe to Sky Multiscreen (AKA Sky Q experience). You will only have access to the middle tier Netflix plan, HD quality, limited 2 simultaneous streams.
Q: Can I access Netflix on my mobile device, TV app etc?
A: Yes
Q: Will I be tied into a new 18 month contract?
A: No. The Ultimate On Demand pack will be added as a 31 day rolling contract. You just have to give 31 days notice to remove this pack.
Q: How long will the discount for the Ultimate On Demand pack last?
A: The discount will be applied for 18 months as long and you continue to subscribe to this pack.
Q: I have Sky+HD, can I get this offer?
A: Possibly if you upgrade to Sky Q, but this may mean your monthly bill goes up considerably depending on whether you lose any existing offers on your subscription. The Netflix app and Ultimate On Demand package is only offered on Sky Q AFIAK
Q: I have Sky Q already but have existing discounts on my subscription, will I lose those discounts if I sign up to this deal?
A: This is a tricky one, it appears to depend in what packages you have. If you are on one of the now legacy Entertainment packages that is also discounted, when signing up to this deal, you will be moved to the current Entertainment pack and lose your existing discount. This will likely mean you end up paying considerably more.
If you are on the newer packages that were introduced last year, you will only lose out on discounts applied to the Boxset pack. This is because the Ultimate On Demand pack will replace the Boxset pack on your account. All other discounts for these customers will remain intact.
FYI, I had the newer packs; Sky Environment, HD, Kids, Sports, Sports HD, Cinema, and Boxsets, and they were discounted as follows:
Sky Entertainment £10 (including £17 discount)
Sky Kids £1 (including £4 discount)
Sky HD £1 (including £4 discount)
Sky Boxsets £1 (including £4 discount) *
Sky Sports £11 (including £17 discount)
Sky Sports HD £2 (including £4 discount)
Sky Cinema FREE (2 months free trial no contract)
Sky Q Multiscreen £13
TOTAL £39
After signing up to this deal:
Sky Entertainment £10 (including £17 discount)
Sky Kids £1 (including £4 discount)
Sky HD £1 (including £4 discount)
Sky Ultimate On Demand £3 (including £9 discount) *
Sky Sports £11 (including £17 discount)
Sky Sports HD £2 (including £4 discount)
Sky Cinema FREE (2 months free trial no contract)
Sky Q Multiscreen £13
TOTAL £41
So my monthly bill has only gone up by £2. My Boxset pack was replaced with this discounted Ultimate On Demand pack. I still have over 12 months remaining on all my other discounts.
Hope this helps.
