Note you can only get one per customer, to stop those less scrupulous from selling them on via eBay or wherever. This CleverSpa Florence seems like a good one too.

Yours for £360, plus a £12.50 named day delivery fee. It says on site that click & collect is available, but it wasn't in stock to collect anywhere I looked. So, delivery it is.

Great price considering these 6-person hot tubs are £499 at B&Q and elsewhere. This particular version is exclusive to Homebase and was £560 (plus delivery) only yesterday.

Here's a video of a similar hot tub from CleverSpa.

I'd like to point out a few things here for someone who is thinking about purchasing a hot tub. At least this one is cheap, but i had a Cleverspa 6 seater last year, paid over the odds (almost £600) because it was the only one available. I loved the lights on it, but it had a puncture from day one which was inside the control panel and there was nothing i could do about it. It was eventually unusable after a few weeks and i had to send it back. They took over 4 months to pick it up, and i finally got my refund around 8/9 months later. Awful customer support, even when the Range was trying to follow up for me. They asked me to take pictures even though i told them it was INSIDE the control panel, wouldn't respond to my emails for ages, kept giving me a 10 day turn around time even though it had already been weeks or months later. Then randomly asked me if it had been resolved!! The Range told me others were having problems with them too, plus the courier who collected it said he was tired of picking them up. I finally got it resolved when i messaged them through Facebook and the Range said they were going to advise people to do the same haha.

Keep in mind if the pump/heater fails, you can't do anything about it as it's built in too. It also took an age to heat up. As i didn't have an outdoor socket i couldn't leave it on 24/7, meaning i had to switch it on early in the morning, and it would take all day to heat up and would be ready only in the evening. It would be around 17° in the morning and you want to aim for 38-40 ish.

This year i went for a smaller Lay-z-spa. Oh my god what a difference. This was almost HALF the price (got it for £300 in B&Q, the St Lucia model) Better quality, easier to handle when moving/setting up, easier to clean and far easier to keep the chemicals balanced (even though it doesn't seem THAT much smaller) The pump is not built in, and it comes with an inflatable cover which is amazing. With this cover, slightly less water and I'm assuming a better heater, this retains heat so much better (which is obviously better in terms in electricity!) and heats up SO much quicker too. On a normal morning it's still at around 28° before i even switch it on, 34° on a warm day, and only takes a couple of hours to reach the temperature i want (on a hot day i barely even switch it on if at all, as the current temp is nice!) I really don't see why anyone would go for bigger, more expensive ones unless you're planning on having a party in there or a big family in there at the same time. You can fit up to 3 people in this one which is more than enough space for me personally. (edited)

I was waiting to return some goods at B&Q last week & 2 people in front were both returning cleverspas & there were 2 behind the til already! I overheard them saying the customer service was shocking & eventually they phoned B&Q head office who told them to return them to store for a full refund as they had had loads of complaints about them! Not sure what the exact issue is as they were mainly complaining about the customer service!

Same here. Put one in the basket but almost every set of reviews from B&Q, Argos, Amazon etc... has same theme. Poor quality, 3 month honeymoon period before something fails and then zero customer service.

Ends up an expensive paddling pool for many. (edited)

Had 2 CleverSpa and both broke within a month, horrific brand with worse customer service!

Changed to mspa and had no issues yet

Just to follow up on this - I think all CleverSpa hot tubs have terrible reviews. They also all seem to have the same problem (heating elements mainly) yet they continue producing them. Their return % must be through the roof! And yes, customer support is so bad as previously mentioned. 10+ days between replies and they'll use some of their replies to ask stupid questions to waste more time. Like I bought something directly from them, said I did, gave them the order number, 2 weeks later they replied asking where I bought it!??!? Then another like 17 days for the next reply. Just terrible. (edited)

After two of them with failing heating elements, and nearly 6 weeks to get any response from them to repair, it was returned and replaced with another brand, I would avoid personally.

I went for the 'St Lucia'. Not for everyone as it's one of the smallest, but my feet don't touch the opposite side unless i really slouch/stretch (I'm 5'9) so it's more than big enough. Had 3 of us in there a couple of times which is a bit of a squeeze and had to sit up rather than lay (which is what you do in spas anyway i guess), but it was ok considering and that's a rare occasion anyway. Wouldn't want to add a 4th adult though.

As mentioned in my post, having slightly less water, the inflatable cover retains the warmth brilliantly, and it also heats up ridiculously quicker than my Cleverspa one, which saves on electricity too. You get a round device to put the chlorine tablets in which then screws into place above the filter which seems a much better way of using the chemicals too (it pushes the water through it when heating)

All in all i much prefer it and it was almost half the price, it was a no brainer for me. (edited)

I have a 6 seater cleverspa......it has been twice for a warranty repair. When it works ...what is not to like....as long as it heats and blows bubbles.

Problem is ....I think you have to take this purchase as being 12 months ....if it lasts longer it is a bonus.

Packing it to send back is an absolute pain in the backside and I would never buy one again.

I think I would rather go £3k cheap as chips basic hard one.

I am happy to answer any questions on the cleverspa.

Yeah, i was happy at the idea of having a free hot tub for a month or so too. But as i said, it was so much hassle and i didn't get a refund for about 8/9 months later. Its also not guaranteed you'd get a refund - they'd try and resolve the issue for you first. I was having none of that though.

I purchased the 4 person version of this at the start of lockdown 1.0 from BandQ
I don't regret the purchase but they are not of good quality. The heating system has gone wrong a few times either heating to the highest temp or turning down to 5 degrees. Leaving the device off for a period resolves the issue. This year the seam started to leak air which I had trouble patching. I don't expect it to last another season. I purchased with the knowledge its probably not going to last long. If you purchase one just don't expect it to last more than a year or two (edited)

Good luck with that approach you will have to send the hot tub off and they take absolutely ages to action anything. They will tell you its fixed and send it back just for it to then break again
