SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Subscription and Auto-Renewal. Your subscription to the Disney+ Service includes enrolment into an ongoing/recurring payment plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the disclosed billing period, unless cancelled in accordance with the instructions for cancellation below. Payment will be charged to your chosen payment method at confirmation of purchase and at the start of every new billing period, unless cancelled. We reserve the right to change our pricing and, in the event of a price change, we will notify you thirty (30) days in advance of the change by sending an email to the email address you have registered for your account. If you do not wish to accept a price change, you may cancel your subscription in accordance with the instructions included in that email and below. If you do not cancel your subscription after the price change takes effect and prior to the start of your new subscription period, your subscription will be renewed at the price in effect at the time of the renewal, without any additional action by you, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for these amounts. You are responsible for all third-party Internet access charges in connection with your use of the Disney+ Service. Please check with your Internet provider for information on possible Internet data usage charges.

Free Trials. Your Disney+ Service subscription may begin with a free trial. Availability of a free trial is not guaranteed and, if one is available, is only available to those who have not previously used one for the Disney+ Service. Your first payment will be charged to your chosen payment method immediately following the free trial, unless cancelled in accordance with the instructions for cancellation below. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the end of your free trial. We provide notice of the terms of the free trial at the time you register but you will not receive a separate notice that your free trial is about to end or has ended, or that your paid subscription has begun.

Cancellation and Refund Policy. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the end of the current billing period or free trial. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period or free trial. To cancel your Disney+ subscription, navigate to disneyplus.com/acc…ion (http://www.disneyplus.com/account/cancel-subscription) and click "Complete Cancellation." If you subscribed via a third party (e.g. an app store such as iTunes, Google Play, Amazon Store, or Roku), please visit our Help Centre for instructions on how to cancel. Cancellation will only take effect at the end of your current billing period (or end of your free trial), and you will still be able to access Disney+ until then. We do not refund or credit for partially used billing periods. You have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of signing up to the Disney+ Service. However, you acknowledge that when you signed up to the Disney+ Service you agreed to the immediate download of digital content and that if you access any digital content, you lose our right to withdraw from the Disne + Service.

Seems like you must wait for your Extra to expire (get an email from Disney to say your paid subscription has resumed/started or an email from O2 to say your Extra has ended) and then try sending the Text and it should renew and add an additional 3 months.

    Yep, looks like it's over, as others have stated it was good while it lasted, from a positive note I don't need to be tied down to O2 any longer

    4th time I’ve used the code, as long it’s the final week of the subscription ending and auto renewal is off. The code works and continues for another 3 months from current date.

    Just got another 3 months again after doing it last time in late november.
    If it's not working for you make sure you have auto-renewal turned off under your extras in the app and are in the last billing month where its active. It took me multiple attempts to get the email last time but worked first time this one.

I just took out a sim with 1 month free Disney but tried this instead and it seemed to work (got the text back). It says when logged onto Disney+ "manage on o2" but there is no sign of the subscription info


    It's in your O2 account rather than the Disney app. Login to your 'My O2' app and scroll down to the bottom of the page and click 'Your Extras' once there scroll down again and you should see the Disney logo with a + sign. Click the plus and you manage it from there, hope that makes sense and helps.

    ok. i didn't expect it to stack as mentioned numerous times on here. but i thought i'd have till i actually activated the new offer for my old sub to run, but no...
    my old sub should have ended on the 1st Jan but by simply receiving this offer its cancelled my old sub and i've had to activate this new one as of the 20th.
    no problem but i've lost 10 days which i wasn't expecting. (edited)

    I had tried the text a few times since my last message code - on each occasion I received the text confirmation but not the email (and no 3 months added).

    I just got my bill today so I thought I'd try one last time... got the email instantly and the three months was already on my account when I logged in. Yippee! (edited)

    I did it the same day it expired. I think before I even did it in the last week of the subscription but don't quote me on that.

    You have to wait until it's expired, once you text the number it's usually working within an hour

    Yeah that's what I found. I think this and Apple TV are really quite poor for content in comparison to Netflix and Amazon.

    Last time I did this the O2 three months paused my existing Disney+ subscription. Once I cancelled the auto renewal with O2, when the three months ended my existing subscription kicked back in. (edited)

    No it will not stack as mine was due to expire on the 22nd Nov but now it’ll expire 18th Feb

    Mine didn't work, last 3 month trial due to end 3/12.

    Virgin and O2 are together now. Lots of Virgin customers benefit of O2 deals and the other way around. In fact sometimes it seems O2 gives better extras or freebies to Virgin customers.

    seems to have worked as says first payment feb 2022, bit confused though as got 6 months free when joined 02, then got an extra 3 months and now another 3 months, not paid a penny for it yet (edited)
