Orcs Must Die!
Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet
You wash your mouth out with soap.
Regardless of its age this is one of the most fun games I have ever played and continue to play occasionally some 10+ years later.
Plus, pretty much the point of games with gold is that they are old gems that few people play anymore.
Epic needs to give away AAA games (even naff ones like BL3) so people will use their service for more than just creating a Turkish account for cheap games....
Saying that, I've never bought anything from Epic and have 200+ games on there... Having played exactly none of them.
So maybe them giving away games wasn't the best approach
Can you point me in the direction of a pc that will play forza horizon 5 at 60fps for less than £250? (edited)
That's why console gaming is amazing. You can even pick the series S up now used probs like £150 to £170 and no pc anywhere near that range can game at 60fps on any title. Well said
This will

This really shows the divide when Epic are giving away Borderlands 3 and Microsoft are giving this what can only be described as abandonware away.
I got the series S and was amazed. I've still kept it even though I now have the X. It came with 2 years game pass ultimate so when my acc is low I'll sign back in on the S and get those 2 years happy days
Why should they all be free again bro? Not everyone has paid for them already!??
Shawn not sure how to tell you this lad but if you have indeed paid for a back compatible game before then it is indeed free to download or play with the disc…
Huh? If you already paid for them how can they ever be free? And if you did pay for it then you own it.
Anyway I have this already from GWG a few months back. I'd assume most people have this.
I love my series s. Still got my one s for the games I have on disk. I mostly play gamepass games or buy digital games now.
Series S is a great device but I’m pretty sure that some games don’t support 60fps on Series S.
There are plenty of GWG games that I never played back in the day, part because my first 360 was the limited edition GOW3 Console so I arrived late to the party, part because I didn't have Internet access till 4 years after that point and I was incredibly poor.
Why would all of these 360 games be free when there are many, including myself that have never played them?
The point YOU'RE missing is that you're entitled. Which is typical PC mustard race, no ones getting ripped off with GWG because no one takes out the service for them, no one absolutely no one saw GWG and signed up to the service.
Sincerely a pc user that isn't as insufferable as you.
"different generation"
"we had games that didn't need to be patched"
I mean, my first games console was a NES, followed quickly by the mega drive and Snes.
Do you just go around assuming everyone on the internet is 12 and can't possibly be old enough to have played games prior to the 360?
Things typically convey poorly over text
We are all three of us possibly different generations but saying that you had games that didn’t need to be patched is also quite incorrect. You mean you had games that couldn’t be patched. I can think of several bugs in older games that could be game breaking but if we came across them we just had to start all over again. The technology wasn’t available to fix any niggles or glitches the games may have. As the complexity and scope of games have increased as have the glitches/bugs and issues.
Larger teams working on one project, a faster moving industry and higher quality being expected has lead to games of this day being released with problems. The biggest problem is a a lot of gamers. Too impatient to wait for something to be ready to launch as the programmers/designers intend.
The internet and social media has made it so much easier for people to effectively bully companies into releasing unpolished titles. This is not lazy. The people working on these games are not lazy. They are simply put under pressure by us as gamers, their shareholders and worst of all their own companies who have created this now horrific ‘crunch’ culture. I’m sure it’s existed a lot longer than many of us are aware but it’s certainly much more visible now than it ever has been.
I believe yourself and many others who seem to share your opinions on the laziness of offering or quality really need to just step back and appreciate the smaller things. A game being given away as free is better than nothing. A game getting a patch is better than a game never working correctly.
Stop judging, stop assuming and please stop belittling people due to generation or opinion.
I respect that you do not think this is a good offering so please respect others that think it is.
Have a good day.
Bro? Oh right you probably weren't old enough to play this game when it first came out so I see your point.
Boom!!! Headshot! (edited)
I've seen them as low as £120!!
hmm, username Okay
You were incredibly poor yet you paid extra for a painted console. Ok yeah whatever.
Ok you got me Still stings when they bump up the Live Gold subs though. (edited)
Yeah, because gifts don't exist do they...
It was my 18th birthday present but okay champ
Dude come on now. You cannot assume that Kai was not poor prior to owning the Xbox. He may have started working and suddenly had the cash to start gaming and why not get the GOW3 console? It was the same price as buying the console and game separately?
Honestly you have quite a toxic attitude towards not only the stuff Microsoft are giving us but also towards other users who’s opinions do not align with your own.
Poor sportsmanship dude, poor.
Awww bless
Yeah you're probably right. Different generation. We had games that didn't need to be patched. PCs excuse was valid so many different configurations. I grew up with Atari and Sega. Games nowadays are rushed out game companies quite frankly have gotten lazy because of the internet availablity releasing unfinished games.
To be fair reading your outburst I did make a judgement call so I guess you're just an angry person. So before you get even more personal I'll say good day.
Not many kids getting there homework done on Xbox though
Can get a laptop for homework £150.
